Halei Anthofer
Halei has been with Hy-Vee since 2020. She has held several positions within Hy-Vee including Supply Chain Analyst, IT Manager and is currently working as a Product Manager. Halei is currently working at Hy-Vee to implement SAP ERP for their company. Halei has worked for Transportation and Distribution companies including Ruan Transportation as a Project Manager, DSC Logistics as a Data Systems and Workflow Manager for their IKEA e-commerce account, as well as a Project Manager that supported projects all over the country for customers like Kellogg’s, B&G, Smucker’s, and StarKist.
Halei graduated from Iowa State in 2016 with a B.S. in Supply Chain Management with a minor in Spanish, which she received during a study abroad experience in Valencia, Spain at the University of Valencia. She was a member of the Pi Beta Phi Sorority and was involved in many philanthropic events. Halei has previously served on the board of GICU since 2023.
Halei and her husband Austin live in Ankeny but are relocating to North Carolina in 2026 with their three golden retrievers Maisel, Winnie and Dorothy. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, home renovation projects, and spending time with friends and family.
