The number of eStatements viewable is determined by the number of paper statements that you would receive in the past 18 months based on account activity. This is a rolling 18 month count, meaning the oldest eStatement will be removed when a new eStatement arrives.
Example: January 2017 to June 2018 = 18 months. When July 2018 arrives, the viewable eStatements will be from February 2017 to July 2018.
