Greater Iowa Credit Union will be providing free shredding services for members and the community to securely dispose of personal documents and information at our Lincoln Way (Ames) and Waukee branch locations on May 9th from 9-11am.

Bring your old bills, bank statements, tax documents, and other paperwork that contains personal information. This free service is open to all members and is a great way to reduce clutter while protecting yourself from identity theft. Each individual can bring up to 2 containers to shred with a max of 25 lbs. per container. The Secure Shred Solutions truck's capacity is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Only paper items will be accepted
- Do not need to remove paper clips or staples
- No media, binders, plastic items, batteries or electronics
